Lifetime Warranty

We take our quality control very seriously, but rarely there may be a manufacturing defect. In this case, we are happy to assist you with a free-of-cost replacement shipped to you at our expense!

Our Lifetime Warranty Covers:
  • Manufacturing defects
  • Failures or breakages that render part or all of your product to become non-functional

Our Lifetime Warranty Does Not Cover:

  • Normal wear & tear
  • Failures or breakages due to misuse, neglect, or intentional damage
  • Lost or stolen items
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs

Warranty Claims

Please contact us at help@feelfungie.com with the following information:

  • Pictures of the damaged parts and/or wallet or accessory
  • Order number
  • First & last name
  • Your full shipping address
  • Email

 

Returns
Our policy lasts 45 days. If 45 days have gone by since you receive the package, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please note that our leather is authentic and is prone to usage marks, therefore, please be wary when testing our products if you intend to return them. Stretched or scratched leather is not considered suitable for return. Images of the product(s) will be requested by our team.

To complete your return, please include a receipt or proof of purchase in the return package.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 45 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Missing Package
It is your responsibility to make sure the shipping address is correct, if you make an order with the wrong shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours. If the package is delivered to the wrong address, we are not able to refund your order.

 

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
